I hired Conrad Construction to do some repairs on my house, and I am very happy. From Patrick and Robby down to Rick and Johnny, everyone involved is friendly, communicative, professional and hard working.

Conrad Construction created our dream kitchen in our cozy home, transforming a dim and dull space into a light-filled, open, and inviting room for us to entertain family and friends. They were communicative throughout our project and kept things on schedule - which was no easy feat around busy holidays (our remodel was done Nov - Feb) - keeping us informed along the way. Highly recommend them - especially if you are looking for thoughtful attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship, focused on supporting local business.

We used Conrad Construction LLC for a garage conversion to a living space at our North East Portland home. Their attention to details and their professionalism throughout this project made it a pleasure to work with them. Patrick and Robbie have such a broad knowledge of construction that they could not only envision our project in its entirety, but they could anticipate or quickly adapt to unforeseen issues. I.E. the torrential rains which cracked our 96 year old, footing less retaining wall. They were professional and respectful of our mornings and made sure the site was always tidy at the end of the day. The price point for this job was perfect for our budget and all change orders that we made were fully written up and priced in advance. They stuck to the contracted budget except where we made active changes. If you are looking for a company you can trust with your building needs, I would highly recommend Conrad Construction LLC

We used Conrad Construction for a primary bedroom/bathroom addition to our home in North Portland. From our first meeting I felt at ease with the owner, Patrick; he was kind, explained things well, and listened to our wants and needs. Everyone we worked with on Patrick’s team was wonderful. Across the board, people were friendly, respectful, and hard working. Our kids would ask everyday if someone was coming to work at the house and they learned everyone’s names. I cannot recommend Conrad Construction enough and we will absolutely be using them for any future projects.

I hired Conrad Construction for a garage/basement expansion project and found Patrick and his whole crew to be honest, professional, and great to work with. The job was completed as spec'd in the contract and everything was fully permitted and inspected. Workers kept the site as neat and clean as possible, and they were good about double-checking details with me to ensure everything was done to my liking. I'm sure I could have found someone cheaper, but I think the pricing was fair for such a professional operation and I would definitely work with them again in the future.

We had a great experience working with Patrick. Not only is he skilled, conscientious, he is attentive to any issue that arose. We would highly recommend him and his team! We are thrilled with our remodel.

I've had Patrick and his team work on multiple residential projects in the last 3 years and the quality of work has been consistently excellent. They are professional, responsive, and stick to the timeline. Seems like they can handle a large variety in scope of work (basement renovation to fence repair) and I would recommend them to anyone looking for home renovation projects or repair work.
