We used Conrad Construction for a primary bedroom/bathroom addition to our home in North Portland. From our first meeting I felt at ease with the owner, Patrick; he was kind, explained things well, and listened to our wants and needs. Everyone we worked with on Patrick’s team was wonderful. Across the board, people were friendly, respectful, and hard working. Our kids would ask everyday if someone was coming to work at the house and they learned everyone’s names. I cannot recommend Conrad Construction enough and we will absolutely be using them for any future projects.

We had a great experience working with Conrad Construction on our kitchen remodel, it turned out absolutely beautiful! Our project manager was awesome to work with, and helped me bring my design vision to life. The project went so smoothly and was done on time and on budget. Highly recommended!

I hired Conrad Construction for a garage/basement expansion project and found Patrick and his whole crew to be honest, professional, and great to work with. The job was completed as spec'd in the contract and everything was fully permitted and inspected. Workers kept the site as neat and clean as possible, and they were good about double-checking details with me to ensure everything was done to my liking. I'm sure I could have found someone cheaper, but I think the pricing was fair for such a professional operation and I would definitely work with them again in the future.

I've had Patrick and his team work on multiple residential projects in the last 3 years and the quality of work has been consistently excellent. They are professional, responsive, and stick to the timeline. Seems like they can handle a large variety in scope of work (basement renovation to fence repair) and I would recommend them to anyone looking for home renovation projects or repair work.

Great experience with Conrad Construction. Everything was on time (even a little early) and on budget. I have a beautifully updated bathroom that was done with high quality. Crew was very professional. I really appreciated how the kept the site and were proactive in working with my building management.

I worked with Patrick and his crew on a few different projects over the course of the past year or so. The projects changed a few times over the course of that time, and he was very flexible in response to that. I've recommended him to a few acquaintances, and really can't say enough good things about him and his crew.
