I've had Patrick and his team work on multiple residential projects in the last 3 years and the quality of work has been consistently excellent. They are professional, responsive, and stick to the timeline. Seems like they can handle a large variety in scope of work (basement renovation to fence repair) and I would recommend them to anyone looking for home renovation projects or repair work.

Great experience with Conrad Construction. Everything was on time (even a little early) and on budget. I have a beautifully updated bathroom that was done with high quality. Crew was very professional. I really appreciated how the kept the site and were proactive in working with my building management.

The workers from Conrad Construction were courteous and efficient. Both Patrick Contrad and Jessie explained the work being done each day and answered all my questions. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I worked with Patrick and his crew on a few different projects over the course of the past year or so. The projects changed a few times over the course of that time, and he was very flexible in response to that. I've recommended him to a few acquaintances, and really can't say enough good things about him and his crew.

Dishonest owner. Needs a Lawsuit.

Our small bathroom project began with the need to replace our tub with a new walk in tub. Everything else needed updated too. There was a lot more work that needed to be done than I had originally thought. Patrick was good about going over all of the details needed. He was also very good about knowing the required codes so everything could pass inspection. We ended up having them remove our chimney that took up space in the bathroom. Conrad Construction took care of everything. They basically took the bathroom down to the studs and replaced everything. The work is so good. The tile, floor, walls, paint etc. were done with meticulous detail. We got the pocket door that was recommended and love it. The crew worked hard and was super nice. Patrick and Jeremy were both good about communicating with me and dealing with any delays and unexpected issues that came up. I highly recommend using Conrad Construction. We LOVE our new bathroom!

Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism of this company. They kept to the time frame and budget of the first original contract. Not one hiccup and the work produced was impeccable. Adding the ADU to my home was the smartest investment I have ever made.
